Today, companies are created much faster. Every day there are new businesses and entrepreneurs with a great preparation, with technical knowledge and experience accumulated over years of work carried out in large companies, and with big ideas. Looking for a place to develop and create new niche markets, open new avenues of distribution, establishing new rules in an absolutely dynamic market.

The ideas are imaginative solutions to problems. But often not all firms perceive the reality in the same way. It is in those moments where innovators, revolutionaries, the “non-conventional thinkers” declare war on the majors, that although in many cases do not see how their businesses are affected, often lose the opportunity of new niches, new opportunities for growth or diversification.

How do I claim to deal with this constant innovation? Is it possible to grow and adapt under this barrage of new ideas? It would be wrong to say “Yes” categorically, but it is possible to compete and grow properly if you set policies for flexibility and continuous proactive strategies within companies.

Likewise, it is possible to anticipate the future, being part of it if the protagonist is able to recruit the revolutionary suit your ideas, end bureaucracy and absolute control of the process, start innovative projects fail and start new ones because the customer requirements will be different and constantly change and vary leading to new niches, new opportunities that will determine the position of your company in the market … even if your company survives!.
