Knowing exactly where things are really good, it’s a priceless gift. The same goes for wisdom. Sometimes it’s just that we do not have as clear. We often think that if we respond fast mails, social network use a little more or stay late into the night at the office will have more success. That in itself is not bad. However, I think that it is not at all. When we transform the intellectual work task repetition (do the same and follow instructions) entered a vicious circle.

My impression is that true success is determined by the ability to get out of the box, be better every day in what we do, even if it means leaving your comfort zone, and take the risk of failure.

When addressing our focus, we take the available options and do a job that touches the other, then we are succeeding. If you dare to the opportunities that are scary, create something unique and does things that few people have the courage to be on the right track.

Spend more time on a problem is not the way. Put more courage, passion and determination if it is. Be clear about these things reveal their true competitive advantage.

Many people who have discovered the way to success, to discover themselves. Examples abound everywhere. These are people who have dedicated themselves to look for that are exactly what they like to do in life and find it, success has been urging.

Discover what are the things we really like to do and want to do, leading to break the fear, even with the status quo. Especially when we have been indoctrinated to play a specific role in society where we live.

Education for example, prepares people to work not to create jobs. A few like that kind of life and even feel satisfied with what they do, others are unhappy and are not satisfied with the role it has had to play and therefore decide to make changes in their environment to generate transformations in the universe.

Unfortunately there are few, most opt for resignation. If you are unhappy with the situation, deep within you, know each other better and find out things you are passionate and like that to be able to make free, will be on your way to discover your true competitive advantage.

The success, prosperity and professional growth were some of the wishes of many of us at the beginning of the year. But as we make our wishes are not left stranded just start the year. INC magazine as usual, made a series of recommendations that can help entrepreneurs not to lose the energy, joy and strength to undertake during the year. Many of these recommendations may seem a cliché, but that does not mean that these are not effective or not be implemented. What is certain is that these tips can make our day lighter and more productive.

Lack of time is no excuse. Make time in your schedule to invest in their own personal and professional motivation. Draw a plan with a commitment to yourself to follow it.

See what you think of these tips to keep you motivated

1. A healthy mind in healthy body. Positive thoughts bring benefits to physical health and vice versa. Therefore, betting on a balanced diet and physical activity practice whenever you have time.

2. Stay away from negative people. The envious are always on duty. The best thing is to keep your ideas, successes and discoveries away from such people.

3. Encourage people around you. Positivity is contagious and can turn a listless team in some people more united and prepared when facing difficulties.

4. Do not rely both your goals. Over the months, priorities may change. Be flexible and do not adhere well to old ideas. Do not forget to take charge of your actions, both good and bad.

5. Remember your roots. Visit their former school or the neighborhood where he lived, such actions may raise important memories, making you remember the path it has traveled so far.

6. Do not be such a perfectionist. There is no doubt that want everything to be perfect is what every entrepreneur should keep in mind before starting any project.

But like everything in life, perfectionism, over complicated and makes the satisfaction never reach. Bet on excellence rather than the intangible.

7. Celebrate your mistakes. It is not uncommon for good grades do not remember we have gained throughout our career, however it is likely that you have not forgotten the poor grades he got.

Is that just the greatest lessons are learned from failure. Know the best out of all situations, including and especially of the worst. Nor let soften for success.

8. Think before you speak. The top says it’s no coincidence that we have two ears and one mouth.

9. Grow your affections. Take time to keep friends and family present. The friends we focus, place us as the family, do not forget these with the excuse that they do not have time.

10. Take care of your health. Get regular checkups and be aware of any changes that occur in your body. All evil is curable if detected early, keep that in mind. Without health, there is no way to stay motivated.

Clearly we live in a time of attempted solutions. The crisis is omnipresent and seemingly omnipotent. Everyone tries to put an end to highly problematic situations, some successful, others less so, and some seem to possess special skills continuously threshing failure paths.

Leaving aside the questions invade us daily macroeconomic, without permission, the comfortable illusion of security provided by our inevitable self-deceptions optimistic, we can try to focus on what we do or fail to do in our own spheres of control or influence.

If we can afford this “luxury” of concentration, perhaps not so difficult to realize that some of the solutions or attempted solutions we apply to our areas are the basis for continuation or worsening of some of our problems. No doubt, as its name suggests, these attempts are always aimed at solving rationally and are clearly the result of the best intentions of each of us. As Oscar Wilde said the wise: “With the best intentions, we get often the worst effects.”

Although for some this may seem awkward or even a sense be regarded as a particularly pessimistic or negative view of the essence of being human, the fact is that this is something studied and scientifically verified. More than four decades scientists called “Palo Alto” formulated the construct of “attempted solutions” and their importance in solving human problems, based on the results of their research. As Giorgio Nardone said, referring to the work of their teachers, in his book Strategic Problem Solving (2010): “The construct of the attempted solution does not work but if it repeats tends to maintain the persistence of the problem and complicate its operation can be considered one of the most brilliant insights of the last century. “

The famous epistemologist Karl Popper (1972) indicates that in the process of scientific inquiry, one of the steps leading to the discoveries is: Study all attempts at resolution have been carried out. Investigate everything that has not been successful allowing us to focus on the actual dynamics that maintains a problem or conversely, you can change.

To facilitate analysis of the solutions attempted dysfunctional, often not enough to look or wonder which of those that have been implemented so far have not yielded positive results, it is important to consider also those that could be implemented in the future and fails.

The attempted solution concept is a dynamic that is built according to a paradoxical logic: “The more you try to improve, maintain or worsened over my problem.” Therefore, if we apply a traditional logic to remove this vicious circle, it is most likely not work.

The model of Strategic Problem Solving Giorgio Nardone brings us techniques, following a non-ordinary logic, non-traditional, surprisingly effective effects on investment of this type of dynamics. In this case, dysfunctional attempts at resolution, the question to ask ourselves is: “If the situation would worsen rather than improve it, how would you do?”. Clearly, finding that certain attempts at solutions and applications produced the opposite effect than desired, attention should focus on how to avoid this mode of address dysfunctional. On the basis of this new vision can be built, along with obstruction of counterproductive actions, an effective alternative.

This is just one example of how the use of strategies and stratagems of non-ordinary logic can be effective in solving all kinds of seemingly intractable problems. Its effectiveness and efficiency is well established both in the planning and direct intervention in situations requiring a change or enhancement.

If we were not aware of the need for human beings feel a constant search for security, which makes it difficult to recognize the existence of non-ordinary logic at the base of the formation of the problems, we are dedicated to the resolution of problematic situations, in the field of organizations, we would be surprised even more of the resistance of some human resource professionals consider this type of logic in the analysis and definition of strategies for problem solving.

And this is a good example of an “attempted solution” dysfunctional: Considering that all human problems are governed by traditional logic and act accordingly always looking for maximum levels of direct, coherence and consistency among all the causal factors and possible solutions problems, can lead to severe conditions that contribute to complicate what is already present complicated.

In the words of Albert Einstein: “We need a new way of thinking to solve problems caused by the old way of thinking.”

What is it?

This is the application of a form of research through which hone specific intervention strategies that can be applied to different contexts, from the individual level (coaching and counseling) and / or clinical (therapy) the scope of organizations (problem solving), the “research and intervention.” This particular methodology starts from the assumption that to see how a problem is first necessary to introduce a change.

Kurt Lewin (1946), in the field of social psychology, defined as action research methodology to study this phenomenon on the ground, changing events and experimental empirically by observing the effects of the changes made. The way in which the person, system or organization responding to this change, will reveal the functioning of relationships. In other words, a problem known through its solution, therefore, is not the kind of problem which we will reveal the ideal solution (“learn to change”), but given the type of solution that will reveal how to work the problem situation (“change to know”).

How it works?

Analyses by a strategic problem-solver, on the situation object of intervention, focus on the operating modes of problem situations and actions that maintain the problem, avoiding the predictable resistance to change caused by the investigation of the origin, of “guilt and blame.”

Your first concern is to adapt one’s knowledge to the “reality” part has to face, developing strategies based on the objectives to be achieved, and in a position to adapt step by step, the evolution of “reality”.

The solution strategies, always oriented to a specific objective and agreed upon, constructed based on a self-correcting model and exempt from the conditioning imposed by any strong theory of reference. We believe that the value of a “theory” depends on your actual intervention capacity, measured in terms of efficiency and effectiveness in solving the problem.

How long?

The intervention was developed in four subsequent phases, throughout the period just need to reestablish operational functionality or achieve the proposed objective. Always bearing in mind the context of efficiency and effectiveness, develop strategic intervention as an action plan rigorous, yet flexible, North by specific, measurable, agreed and achievable within a tight schedule and the minimum resources necessary.

Today I share a guide for steps to start a business such popularity and demand: your own.

Whether a large enterprise, small government institution or individual capacity, hiring companies provide a variety of interesting services that make them very profitable business.

So, if this business is your interest, take pen and paper and describe the following:

1. Broadly defined as services that offer them: the search for candidates, psychometric test, assessment of prospects, polygraph, socioeconomic studies, engineering, outsourcing, training, etc.

2. Prepare your business plan and a budget considering the costs to provide these services. For example, if you want to provide polygraph testing services should consider the acquisition of equipment and training of your polygraph or outsourcing it.

3. Define your type of work: recruiting office (offline) or via online systems databases.

4. Define your sales strategy. What means of promoting your products or services? How did we get your potential customers? How to recruit the candidates? What will you do better than the competition?

5. Define your marketing strategy. How do you promote your services? Remember that there are various ways with different costs and levels of effectiveness, so you should determine what and how much they will invest initially used in promotional advertising to attract your potential customers. It is also very important to separate your strategy into 2 branches and business model that encompasses both the contractor and the contract.

6. Employer: This should be contacted via telemarketing or personal visits to offer your services portfolio as it is they who are charged for each selected candidate satisfaction.
