The new company

the company The new company I read a post the other day, fantastic in its reflection, Julen Iturbe, “Crisis, individuals and businesses.” Every day I read Julen, I thought more deeply about things and reality. We talked once on the phone and shared more email, but we have never gone beyond the “cyber-relationship.” Hopefully soon we can break one day the physical fence and get into conversation mode. The feeling of “happiness” for the work they develop is largely conditioned by the contribution of their ideas to the organization. In the business world, perhaps the problem is that nobody wants. However, it is absolutely necessary. In fact, the best ideas do not exist if someone had not previously encountered a problem or see things differently.

But there are also new factors that did not exist previously. Indeed, change, new ideas, has always existed, but the frame where it develops and the adaptation time were different. Today, companies are created much faster. Every day there are new businesses and entrepreneurs with a great preparation, with technical knowledge and experience accumulated over years of work carried out in large companies, and with big ideas. selling ideas Selling Ideas In this life you will meet many people from different characters and behavior. Every person has its own character and we must adapt to be able to establish cooperation with these people. Those people are probably thinking the same way with us, they also have to learn our character in order to make cooperation with us. At the beginning of the meeting, we may still shut down and not show the identity of who we really are. But you can be sure at the third meeting and so you can determine who your prospective partner is.

Basically, people “see us” of our ability, whether it is beauty, intelligence, tenacity, skill and even more material or the money we have. People will ask us to make cooperation when they see we have the things mentioned above, the quality of people that will show what skills they expect from us. Not all people who expect co-operation can we accept as a partner to jointly conduct a business for example. Each person has their own ways to assess the potential coworkers.
